Often cited as one of the main contributors to project failure, scope creep is an insidious disease that is said to begin the day a project starts.  Learning how to recognize and manage seemingly uncontrollable changes to an endeavor is a key aspect of a project management.  After carefully examining scope creep causes and cures, we will engage in a lively scope creep role-playing game that demonstrates just how easy it is to fall into the scope creep trap.
