    1. Describe characteristics of your key behavioral tendencies
    2. Identify the impact of your behavior on others
    3. Determine causes of conflicts in work groups

    1. Discover how others perceive my style
    2. Recognize how my style can affect the behavior of others
    3. Identify my strengths and areas of development
  3. Valuing Differences
    1. Appreciate strengths of other behavioral styles
    2. Recognize needs and wants of other styles
  4. Working Successfully with Others
    1. Identify ways to manage my strengths and limitations
    2. Identify ways to reduce conflict with others
    3. Practice modifying my behavior to communicate effectively with others
    4. Design a plan to increase versatitlity in order to work more effectively with others
